​All participants will be asked to leave their cell phones with their parent/guardian while they are attending the Cotillion dance. We understand this policy might make some participants and their parents uncomfortable, therefore we will concede to allow participants to bring a cell phone to the dance as long as the phone is not out and not used during the 7:00-10:00 time period. Cell phones should remain in a purse or pocket at all times during the dance. If this cell phone policy is not followed, the phone will be taken away from the participant and returned to the parents only upon completion of the dance. It is the intention of the Las Cruces Junior Cotillion Board to emphasize appropriate social interaction, in a structured environment, among participants.
